On Diana's blog she wrote this a while ago.

At the end of this post there are a few lines the comment line is the only One that states a No. for now it is 4
After you press it, the comment box will open
The first blank field will be the subject and the second the comment
The last option is the grey square that is the save square
You`ll see you will be swimming in Hebrew in no time
