I went to the South Stamp Show down in Worthing yesterday and bought some Glimmer Mists. The first Tag was sprayed with Olive Vine, but it wasn't a huge success. So I went back to my favourite Distress Inks and sponging and building up a background with loads of stamps - Tick Tock and Checker Board by B Line Designs; Background Text - medium by A Stamp in the Hand; and Tim Holtz' Scratches. The main image is from Stampers Anonymous - can't remember the name ....

good luck with the glimmer mists..have you tried spraying tissue paper to make backgrounds perhaps. I havent got glimmer mists but I did use my spray inks to make some cool backgrounds. Love your tag and thanks for the great comment on my blog
You have shown this marvelous woman off to perfection. I know what you mean about new products not just working out as we wish the first time we try them. Never mind, you'll prevail and I'll visit to see glimmer mists on a new piece. Lovely work, Sue.

You certainly have a way with a tag! Love the stamping. I've found Glimmer Mists a bit unpredictable. Haven't had the brilliant results others have had. But will keep trying.
